I signed up to Nicktropolis using my dad’s email address. Here is an email they sent to you. They are really big on kids safety and the site is fun, too

We’re writing to let you know that your child has logged on to Nicktropolis, Nick.com’s immersive 3D virtual world. In Nicktropolis, kids can use their anonymous NickName to create and decorate their own rooms, visit exciting interactive common rooms, watch Nickelodeon videos, interact with Nick characters and play games.
One of the most exciting features of Nicktropolis is that kids can actually communicate safely with each other in real time. Right now, your child is able to use Nick Safe Chat with our sanitized Nicktropolis dictionary, specifically screened by Nick.com, to communicate with other kids who have NickNames registered in Nicktropolis.
If you’d prefer to limit your child’s chat options, you can select Nick Safe Chat with only those friends on his or her NickName List, or Quick Chat, which enables your child only to choose from a list of messages pre-written by Nickelodeon. To do this, just visit Nicktropolis with your child. Once he or she logs in to Nicktropolis, you can create a parent account attached to your child’s Nicktropolis account. There YOU can choose your child’s level of Nick Safe Chat or pre-written Quick Chat.
