Did Russel Brand and Katy Perry Really Divorce?

There has been a lot of break-ups and hook-ups this year. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been dating since early 2011, but Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are currently filing for divorce after five years of marriage. Once, I thought Arthur star, Russel Brand and the One That Got Away singer would be like Justin and Selena, but sadly they turned out to be like Ashton and Demi.

On the set of Get Him to the Greek, Russel and Katy met. For you people who watched Get Him to the Greek, Katy was cut from her scene. Russel and Katy thought that they found the one (each other, of course!) Unfortunately, that THE ONE thought lasted for 14 months for Russel and Katy.

Russel has said that Katy and he had irreconcilable differences. Like most celebrities, this was the excuse statement for the divorce.

Fortunately, Russel smacked the swirling rumors down right on the table on the Ellen DeGeneres show. “I’m married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge.”

Thank goodness! It was just a rumor!

Demi Lovato Writes Her First Ever Country Song

Demi Lovato has done different characters in television shows and movies. She has played a dumb girl in an episode of the short-lived Nickelodeon show, Just Jordan. Her girly side was found in the Disney Channel original movie, Princess Protection Program. The beautiful voice of Demi’s was discovered in the hit movies, Camp Rock 1 and 2.

She has expressed herself in music. Her latest album came out on September 20 and has become a bestseller with popular songs like Who’s That Boy and Skyscraper.

Her need for discovery led her to changing hairstyle all the time. She recently tweeted a photo of her with long red hair. From black to brown to red, Demi has changed dramatically over the years.

And it is not surprising that Demi has changed her music. It was just revealed that she has written a country song. Born a Texan, her Texas soul has been hidden and has been covered with pop, rock, and R&B songs. I guess she decided it is time to make a splash into a pool of difference again.

The song title has not been revealed, but there is a little proof that she has written a country song. She tweeted: Wrote my first country song today.

Miley Cyrus Named Role Model of the Year- Seriously?

Why couldn’t it be Selena Gomez or Demi Lovato? Selena has been so nice to her fans and Demi has proven there is second chances. Or how about Justin Bieber? He has donated to charities this year a lot! Maybe you readers of this blog have others in your head that have been generous this year.

Did Miley Cyrus come up in your head? If no, you are wrong. According to Hollywoodlife.com, Miley Cyrus is role model of the year. There are pros and cons of this honor for Miley.

First, the pros. You have to admit that Miley has been somewhat generous this year. She has been to Haiti numerous times to help out. She has teamed up with Starkey Hearing Foundation to help everybody rightfully hear.

Second, she has some definite cons. She has started to smoke and swear, too. Recently, she sweared to a fan because the fan called her bad word. It wasn’t the correct response, but still. Also, pictures have spread across the Internet of her smoking. Miley has a New Year’s resolution to stop smoke because she fears it will mess with her beautiful singing voice and plus her risk of lung cancer.

Everybody makes mistakes, don’t they? Just like her Hannah Montana song.

Miley Cyrus Has A Hard New Year’s Resolution!

Never in my life have I ever seen a former or current Disney star smoke. Until, I saw photos that the former Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus smoking like it’s nothing. When we first saw Miley acting on the first episode of the hit show, Hannah Montana she was just a Southern little girl trying to make her acting dream come true. Her acting dream was accomplished a long time ago, but now that sweetie pie we loved is now the spicy soup we love to watch do crazy things!

Today, Miley has gone from 12-year-old sweetheart to blossoming into a 19-year-old swearing and smoking young adult. A few days ago, she swore at a fan because the fan called her a swear word. And this day, there has been photos of her smoking a cigarette like it’s nothing. Like she doesn’t know it is bad for her lungs!

I’m surprised she still hasn’t been on the red carpet with yellow teeth due to smoking! Those teeth are still pearly white!

Since she probably knows now that it is bad for her, she has revealed her New Year’s Resolution: to quit smoking! Yes, this smoking lady has said that she can stop smoking. Some people who have said this kept their word and have stopped smoking, but the unlucky ones kept on smoking and not keeping their word.

Miranda Cosgrove Is Going Off To College

Miranda Cosgrove has shown the world that she can do anything. When she was spotted by a talent age while in a restaurant with her mom, it was her lucky day. From there, we have learned to love her as the evil sister in Drake and Josh and the savvy teenager in iCarly. She made hit albums with songs like Kissin’ U and Raining Sunshine.

Now, Miranda is 18-years-old and that is the age to head off to college.

Earlier this year, reports spread across the Internet that Miranda was accepted to the University of South California (better known as USC) and New York University. This is a tough choice to make. Which college to choose? I mean, they are both great. USC is closer to her home in Los Angeles, but her home is farther from New York University, which is a very great college as well as USC.

Finally (after many months of choosing), Miranda chose the “family-friendly” university. The University of South California is the college that Miranda has chosen. It’s close to home and is a very educational college. It is known that Miranda will have to juggle acting on the hit Nickelodeon show, iCarly and attend college at the same time.

Big Time Rush Wants To Record A Song With Demi Lovato

Maybe they have been busy doing a new movie for spring and have released their latest album called Elevate, but the boy band called Big Time Rush are one step ahead now that it is nearing 2012.

19-year-old pop sensation Demi Lovato has made a comeback this year by performing again and relying on herself. Big Time Rush and Demi Lovato have different styles to music, but that doesn’t stop Big Time Rush from trying to collaborate with the former Sonny With A Chance star.

Big Time Rush have heard her newest album with fantastic songs like Skyscraper and Who’s That Boy. When they heard the album, they instantly wanted to do a duet with her. The boy band saw her at Jingle Ball and asked her if they could write and record a song with her. Since Demi is one of the top celebrities of the year, it would also be a smart choice to collaborate with such a great singer.

Demi Lovato Is Mad At Disney Channel For Eating Disorder Joke

Bella Thorne and Zendaya were just playing their role as Cece and Rocky in an episode of Shake It Up during its first season. In the episode, a model jokes about how she doesn’t eat. Apparently, Demi Lovato finds it highly offensive.

Demi has battled an eating disorder these past few years. To her, Shake It Up has just offended people with eating disorder. The Skyscraper singer has declared that she missed the days of Lizzie McGuire and Raven Baxter where they didn’t care about the diversity of their religion, gender, height, and weight.

One of the episodes of the beloved show, Lizzie McGuire where Lizzie’s best friend, Miranda thought she was fat and tried to lose weight and fainted in the diet process. This is the diversity and REAL example that Disney WAS known for.

Demi tweeted, “Dear Disney Channel, eating disorders are not something to joke about!”

“It’s NEVER our intention to make light of eating disorders!” the company’s official public relations account tweeted back to Demi.

Disney Channel and Demi Lovato have points. Demi knows that eating disorders are serious and not supposed to be joked about, but Shake It Up never said anything about eating disorders it is just a model saying she doesn’t eat.

Demi Lovato Receives Honor As ‘Woman of the Year’

Celebbuzz has recently named Demi Lovato, ‘Woman of the Year’.

It is no surprise that Demi has gotten this honor because of what the Skyscraper singer has overcome this past year. Demi Lovato is a sure shoe in for this award because of all that she has done.

The Get Back singer has made headlines when she revealed that she is going to a rehab to get help with her bipolar and eating disorder and her cutting herself because of those two out of many problems.

She has made a comeback by releasing her hit new album with best-selling songs like Skyscraper and All Night Long. And she has also stood up for her wight when people made comments about her being larger this year.

Critics have tripped her, but she just kept on getting back up.

Justin Bieber Gives $100,000 To Vegas School

On The Ellen DeGeneres Show last month, Justin Bieber told Ellen and all of America that he would donate one hundred thousand to Whitney Elementary School in Las Vegas.

Justin has especially given this money for the many out of approximately 610 students who have homeless families. The 17-year-old donated this huge amount of money on Friday to the blessed elementary school. Principal Sherrie Gahn has admired and thanked Justin for his generosity toward the school.

Whitney Elementary provides lots of things for the students like food and clothes. Because of Bieber’s generous donation, Whitney Elementary will have a lot more provisions for the students.

Also, Justin Bieber performed a concert for the students before leaving and sang songs from his recent platinum album and other well-known songs like Baby and Pray.

As you probably know, Justin has been very generous to others. He sold a lock of his hair for forty thousand dollars for charity reasons. He even donated ten thousand dollars to a local food bank.

Selena Gomez Cancels Weekend Concerts Because of Mom’s Miscarriage

In late November 2011, Selena Gomez tweeted that her mother, Mandy Teefy, was pregnant with a baby boy or girl. After nineteen years of being an only child, the Wizards of Waverly Place star was very excited because in nine months she could be a big sister!

Maybe she is a sister on-screen, but she isn’t a big sister or an upcoming big sister now. Yesterday, Selena had gotten the news that her mom had recent miscarriage. Of course, the Disney princess is a sincere young lady so she canceled all her performances for this weekend.

Selena has canceled one concert in Illinois and the other concert in Seattle. There is a support group on Twitter for Selena and her mother as they cope with the fact that they will not be inviting another family member in the world.

Earlier this month, Selena has claimed that she will be appearing on MTV’s New Years Eve special to celebrate the countdown to 2012!
